MR. JEFFREY T. ROBERTS: Here at the Roberts Law Firm we take every case very seriously and we do a thorough evaluation of every case that comes to us. What we look at is the accident report. We have on staff a retired police office with 15 years accident investigation experience who helps us understand what happened in the accident and whose fault it was.
Next we would like to look at your medical records. On staff we have a retired nurse who helps us understand the severity of your injuries. The third thing that we do and probably the most important is we meet with you and we understand your case and we understand what's happened to you.
Once we have the records in place and we've had the chance to meet with you, it takes anywhere from one day to one week for us to complete our evaluation. Once we've completed that evaluation one of the attorneys from the Roberts Law Firm will personally call you and go over that evaluation with you and talk to you about the next step to take in your personal injury case.
