Contingency Fees – The Roberts Law Firm

Our Orange County, CA law firm works on a contingency fee basis. What “contingency fee” means is that you don’t pay the firm unless your case wins a settlement, in which case a percentage is paid to the firm.

That's why every one of our cases that we handle is done on a contingency basis. And what that means is that we will not be paid a fee unless we get compensation for you for your injuries. And then, and only then, after we've received a recovery for your case are we paid. And it's a small percentage of what we recover for you.
